Classic Dry & Old Toms
Agnes Arber
A convergence of nine herbs and fruits, distilled together in the same pot. The Savoury, earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica are complemented by the warm, spicy undertones of cassia.
Plymouth (41.2%)
A lovely nose with an unusual earthy melange of angelica and juniper, with subtle camphoraceous tinges of cardamom and coriander.
Nordes (40%)
Distilled in Galacia, Spain with native herbs gives a unique aromatic taste including Sage, Samphire and Peppermint makes this the ideal choice for a classic G&T!
Bathtub (43.3%)
Orange peel, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom all make this a delicious classic with plenty of herbs.
Bathtub Old Tom (42.4%)
If you love the Bathtub gin, this is a lovely sweeter version with it being aged in casks. Initially clean but with lingering sweetness.
Poetic License Old Tom (41.6%)
This classic originating from the mid-1800s delivers a sweeter and more peppery taste in comparison with the Poetic Licence Nothern Dry Gin.
Malfy Originale (41.0%)
An Italian spin on the classic ‘dry’ gin with Anise, Juniper and Coriander infused to create a lovely blend on the tongue.
Sweet & Fruity
Warners Raspberry (40.0%)
Bursts of ripe, juicy raspberries and home-cooked jam. Hints of bramble vines add depth and spice.
Slingsby Rhubarb (40.0%)
An initial sweetness of Yorkshire Rhubarb and raspberry followed by the bitter tang of the pink grapefruit citrus base.
Brockmans (40.0%)
Hints of cooked fruit, strawberry, damson jam, hints of blossom and almond. This is a fruity and bold gin.
Floral & Fragrent
Warner Edward's Elderflower (40.0%)
This nicely balanced gin is bright and fresh. Expect lovely soft floral elderflower with hints of lychees and some more subtle Juniper.
Bloom Jasmine and Rose (40.0%)
The name 'Bloom' is in recognition of the gin's floral nature. It's sweet and floral with honeysuckle and citrus notes.
Silent Pool (43.0%)
Violet, lavender and lime leaf bring floral aromatics to the nose, while cardamom and juniper give it a spicy feel!
Gin Mare (42.7%)
A Mediterranean delight which will transport you onto the sunny beaches of Vilanova through it’s unique use of Olives, Basil, Thyme and Rosemary
Masons Lavender (42.0%)
This is a Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin with a focus on the intense, fragrant and subtly sweet notes of lavender.
Hendrick's Lunar (40.0%)
Lunar Gin is predominantly floral. Expect violet with jasmine then a spice-led heart of juniper and black peppercorns.
